How to Schedule an Appointment

We recommend meeting with your academic advisor at least once each semester to discuss your next semester's classes, academic plan and progress, and career goals. Ideally, your academic advising appointment should be scheduled one to two weeks prior to your priority registration period. Walk-in times are available.

Keep in mind, if you would like to change your major, add a second major, or add a minor in one of our minors, you are required to schedule an advising appointment to do so. Advisors use the eSMS online scheduling system. Log in with your University of Arizona Net ID and password at eSMS. Guests, interested students, and all others not admitted to Arizona can also use eSMS.
