Dr. Phil Rosen to Work with Pima County to Protect Horned Lizards and Other Wildlife at Santa Cruz River Park

Dr. Phil Rosen will work to tag and corrall horned lizard and other uncommon species during construction at the Santa Cruz River Park, to ensure these populations are not disturbed by the construction.
