Dr. Gregg Garfin Contributes to Confluence Center's New Book "Ground/Water."

Ground/Water is the first volume of the Confluencenter's Confluence Beyond Boundaries series. It features interdiciplinary essays which examine the concept of dry rivers, such as the Rillito and Santa Cruz.
